Creating Spaces to Learn & Grow

Kimberlee Burt Hendricks is an educator, entrepreneur, speaker, and mother whose work lives at the intersection of play, learning, leadership, family, and community.

With more than two decades in early childhood education, including 23 years as a child care center owner, Kimberlee’s work is shaped by both professional experience and family life. Through speaking, writing, facilitation, and community centered work, she explores how curiosity, imagination, relationships, and everyday moments shape how we learn and grow together.

Kimberlee is passionate about creating experiences that invite people to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most: children, relationships, learning, purpose, and joy.

Affectionately known as “Ms. Kimberlee”, the name emerged during her years as an early childhood educator, a season of work that remains among the most meaningful and deeply impactful of her career. While her professional journey has expanded into leadership, advocacy, systems work, research, public engagement, entrepreneurship, curriculum development, and speaking the heart of her work has always remained rooted in relationships, curiosity, play, and the everyday experiences that shape children, families, and communities.

In this season of her career, and as a mommy of two amazing little boys, Kimberlee is intentionallyreturning to the center, where purpose, passion, preparation, and meaningful impact intersect.
